Canada Permanent Residency

Canada's Express Entry system is one of the world's most transparent and merit-based immigration systems. With a strong CRS score, you can receive an ITA (Invitation to Apply) for PR in as little as 6 months. 📋 Our Process

Your PR Journey — Step by Step

PR immigration is complex and long-term. Our structured process eliminates guesswork and maximizes your chances at every stage of the journey.

01

Free Eligibility Assessment

We evaluate your age, education, work experience, English scores, and adaptability factors to calculate your points score and identify the best PR pathway for your profile.

02

English Language Test Guidance

Most PR programs require IELTS General Training (CLB 7+ for Canada, Band 6+ for Australia). We advise on the correct test type, target scores, and connect you with coaching resources to hit those targets.

03

Skills Assessment (where required)

Australia and New Zealand require a positive skills assessment from bodies like Engineers Australia, VETASSESS, ANMAC, or ACS. We guide you through the correct authority, required documents, and submission process.

04

Expression of Interest (EOI) Lodgement

We submit your EOI in the relevant pool — Express Entry for Canada or SkillSelect for Australia — with a fully optimized profile to achieve the highest possible points score.

05

ITA / Invitation Receipt & PR Application

Once you receive your Invitation to Apply (ITA), we have a limited window (typically 60 days) to lodge the full PR application. We prepare a complete, error-free application and submit it on time.

06

Medical & Police Clearance

Most countries require medical examinations from designated panel physicians and police clearance certificates (PCC) from India. We brief you in advance so there are no delays during the critical submission window.

07

Document Compilation & Review

Our team systematically reviews every supporting document — employment references, educational credentials, tax records, and more — to ensure your application meets the strict evidentiary requirements.

08

Post-Approval & Activation Support

Once your PR is approved, we guide you on activating your visa, planning your landing, understanding your rights and obligations as a permanent resident, and preparing for citizenship in the future.

❓ FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between PR and a long-term visa?
A long-term visa (like a work or student visa) is temporary and tied to a specific employer, institution, or purpose. Permanent Residency (PR) grants you the right to live and work anywhere in the country indefinitely, access public services like healthcare and education, and ultimately apply for citizenship — without being tied to any employer.
Can I apply for Canadian PR without a job offer?
Yes! Canada's Express Entry Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) does not require a job offer. A job offer simply adds 50–200 extra points to your CRS score. Many candidates receive ITAs without a job offer if their base score is strong enough. Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) also offer job-offer-free streams based on occupation and skill level.
How long does it take to get PR in Canada or Australia?
Canada Express Entry: typically 6 months from ITA to PR grant. Australia skilled visas: 6–18 months depending on the subclass, state nomination stream, and skills assessment pathway. Germany EU Blue Card: 21–33 months of employment before PR eligibility. Timelines depend on your profile, the program, and processing backlogs at the time of application.
Does my spouse get PR benefits too?
Yes. Most PR programs allow you to include your spouse/partner and dependent children in your application. Once PR is granted, your entire family enjoys the same residency rights — right to live, work, and study anywhere in the country. Your spouse's qualifications may also be added to boost your joint application points in some programs.
What is the minimum IELTS score for Canadian Express Entry?
For the Federal Skilled Worker Program under Express Entry, you need a minimum CLB 7 in all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking). This corresponds to IELTS General Training: Listening 8.0, Reading 6.5, Writing 6.0, Speaking 6.5. A higher score earns more CRS points. We advise retesting if your current scores can be improved, as even small gains can significantly boost your ranking.
Can I get PR if I've never studied or worked abroad?
Yes. Canada's Federal Skilled Worker Program accepts applicants with no prior foreign experience. India-based work experience is fully valid. However, in Australia, overseas experience is weighted slightly higher in some assessment criteria. We evaluate your full profile and identify which programs you are strongest for — regardless of whether you have foreign experience.
